Every layer of 0rient's data handling — from the moment you enter your UPI handle to the moment a withdrawal clears — is built around minimisation and security.

Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All data moving between your device and our servers travels over TLS encryption. Account data stored on our infrastructure is encrypted at rest, meaning raw database access never exposes your personal fields in plain text.

Cookie and Tracking Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the lobby is navigated. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser at any time; opting out of analytics cookies does not affect your account access.

Payment Data Handling

When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, the transaction is processed by that payment provider under their own security standards. We receive a confirmation token and an anonymised reference — your full payment credentials never touch our servers.

Two-step verification is available on every 0rient account. Login attempts are monitored for anomalous patterns, and we will notify you by email if a new device accesses your account for the first time.

Data Retention Schedule

We hold account records for as long as your account is active and for a period after closure as required by applicable Indian law. Transaction logs related to UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are kept for the period mandated by payment regulations, then securely deleted.

Your Right to Correct or Delete Data

You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal data at any time by writing to our privacy team. Deletion requests are reviewed against legal retention obligations; where no legal hold applies, we action the deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number and, where required by law, identity verification documents. We also log device type and session data for account security purposes. We do not collect more than what is needed to run your account.
